These terms do not govern the Scopewell platform. Use of the platform is governed by the Scopewell platform terms of service, which a client organisation accepts when it creates an account.

Who we are. Simple AI Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius, BRN C25225984, registered office 10 Le Hameau, Beau Plan, 1210-01, Mauritius, trading as Scopewell. Referred to as "we", "us" or "Scopewell".

1. Use of the website

You may view and use the website for your own information. You shall not:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law
• Disrupt or interfere with the website, its servers, or its security
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or any related system
• Scrape, harvest or extract content by automated means, including for the purpose of training AI or machine learning models
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
• Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice

2. Our content

We own all content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, design, methodology, frameworks, concepts, and the overall look and feel, or we use it under licence.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view that content for your own personal, non-commercial and informational purposes. That licence does not permit you to copy it for commercial use, create derivative works, reverse engineer it, incorporate it into training material, extract data from it, or remove proprietary notices.

Nothing on the website transfers any intellectual property right to you.

The website publishes general information about digital transformation, process improvement, AI adoption and automation. It is not professional advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Do not act on it without appropriate professional judgment. We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, where we consider your use breaches these terms or threatens the website.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. General

Governing law: laws of Mauritius.

Jurisdiction: exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

Severability: if a provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect.

Entire agreement: these terms are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the website.
